I’ve discovered that this particular technique — fake tilt-shifting — can also be used to highlight certain areas of photos. Which is COOL.

Actually, I think I’m running out of suitable photos to do this with… welp, I guess I’ll have to take some more.

I think I’ve figured it out, the basics at least. I’ve also figured out that the kinds of photos I usually take don’t lend themselves well to this technique.

I need to find another photograph to work with. I’m getting pretty sick of this one.

I’ve been trying to figure out this fake tilt-shift thing all morning; it’s been on my list of things to do forever. I am not very good at following and/or adapting instructions, though, so I am cussing a lot.
