ick vintage ads food
I copied the recipe for you in case you can’t read it. I know you want to make it.

Sprinkle 1 envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatine on 1/2 cup cold water to soften.
Place over boiling water, stir till gelatine is thoroughly dissolved.
Blend 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) Condensed Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom Soup with 1/2 cup cold water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and dash black pepper.
Add gelatine and mix. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency.
Fold in 1 can (5-6 ounce) Boned Chicken or Turkey, diced, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento, and 2 teaspoons grated onion.
Turn into a 3-cup mold or individual molds, and chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp salad greens and serve with salad dressing.
Makes 4 servings. (About 140 calories per serving without dressing.)

It’s super low-calorie if no one eats it.
